Services

Welcome! I’m Doctor Corinne. I help adults and children experiencing chronic pain, pelvic pain and endometriosis, digestive concerns, fibromyalgia, injury recovery, and other complex health concerns through a combination of naturopathic medicine and medical massage.

Before your first appointment you’ll fill out a comprehensive intake form — and I’ll actually read it. At your first visit we’ll go over your history together, do a physical exam, and I’ll provide in-office treatment if indicated. Within 24-48 hours of your appointment you’ll receive a written treatment plan along with information about any recommended supplements, testing, or next steps. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, and confident about moving forward.

What I Offer

Naturopathic medicine has a lot of excellent tools in the toolbox, one of which is physical medicine. I received my medical massage license from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2001, with further training at Bastyr University, and have been doing medical massage ever since. Medical massage and physical medicine have been a cornerstone of my practice throughout my medical career. When I was working as a massage therapist I realized that what I really wanted to do was get to the root cause of why folks who came to see me felt the way they did. I needed further training to make that desire a reality, which is where naturopathic medicine came in. I got my naturopathic medical degree so I could not only help people feel better during and after their massage, but to be able to truly address the underlying issues they are dealing with.

Medical Massage

As a medical massage practitioner who once worked at a Ritz Carlton Spa, I strive to not only give medically focused treatment but to help you feel relaxed and maybe even a little pampered. Medical massage is great for people who have spent a lot of time trying to figure out why they have chronic pain and have often just been told ‘there’s nothing wrong with you that Ibuprofen won’t fix’. But while anti-inflammatories have their place, getting to the root of the issue and helping to break up scar tissue, increase joint mobility, and release chronically tight muscles is a much more lasting solution than managing symptoms alone.

As a naturopathic physician who specializes in medical massage I am able to order labs, including specialty labs, refer you for needed imaging, and help you get a better clinical understanding of your current issues to not only treat them but to help you heal them.

Excellent for: chronic pain, fibromyalgia, injury recovery, pelvic pain, abdominal complaints, and more.

Chronic Pelvic Pain & Endometriosis

I have a passion for helping folks dealing with chronic pelvic pain, especially endometriosis. Many of my pelvic pain patients have had very meaningful pain reduction within the first few sessions, and with every session I do self abdominal massage coaching so you will have tools to help yourself when you’re at home.

Naturopathic Medicine

I was drawn to naturopathic medicine because its focus is to get to the root cause of illness and pain, and to cure that root if possible. As a naturopathic physician in Washington state, I am licensed to do physical exams, order lab work including specialty labs, refer for needed imaging, and coordinate with specialists to get you the best care possible. I have a diverse medical toolkit to work with including nutrition, botanical medicine, conventional pharmaceuticals, medical grade supplements, physical medicine including medical massage, counseling, and more.

Some conditions I see frequently include: endometriosis and pelvic pain, GI and abdominal complaints, chronic pain and fibromyalgia, joint pain, thyroid health, prediabetes and blood sugar regulation, eczema and skin conditions, and asthma.

Pediatric Massage

Pediatric massage is one of the great joys of my practice. I love helping families whose kiddos are in pain or uncomfortable so their child is back to feeling like themselves. Pediatric massage can help with pain from athletic practice, healing from injuries, reduction of growing pains, helping newborn babies or colicky kiddos work through tummy troubles, and getting constipated kiddos more regular. I enjoy teaching parents and caregivers of newborns how to do infant massage on their little one to help foster connection between the baby and adults in their lives and to help baby feel a little more comfortable.
